Kalitta nears start of Big Twin ops supporting JAL
Kalitta Air is preparing to deploy its latest 777-300ERSF in commercial service to support Japan Airlines between the United States and Japan. The 2006-vintage freighter (32793, ex-Emirates), which arrived Nov. 19 at Kalitta Air’s base in Oscoda, Mich. (OSC), after being on static display at the Dubai Airshow that week, has been repainted and now wears a hybrid livery featuring the titles of Kalitta Air and Japan Airlines (JAL). Air China Cargo nears final A330-200P2F redelivery
Air China Cargo is close to integrating the eighth and final A330-200P2F conversion into its fleet, completing a deal with EFW that saw the Chinese carrier enter the Airbus medium-widebody freighter segment. Euroavia Airlines eyes growth after AOC
Euroavia Airlines has received its AOC and plans to expand its fleet with both widebody and narrowbody freighters. Magma Aviation adds A321F, 737-800F to own-controlled fleet
Magma Aviation is growing into the narrowbody market and will make use of the capacity of an A321-200P2F and a 737-800BCF, with former BBN Airlines Chief Executive Audrone Keinyte leading Magma’s new office in the United Arab Emirates. November air cargo traffic grows 8.2%
